Job Description
Sales Development Representative finding and screening schools for Yondr’s education programs. Engaging prospects and supporting sales strategies to implement phone-free environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Executives in next steps.
- Generating and qualifying outbound leads - proactively develop and deploy outreach campaigns to schools and districts on behalf of the Account Executives.
- Evaluate and vet inbound leads to determine their potential value.
- Conduct thorough research to understand a school’s needs and pain points and develop relevant responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule initial meetings and follow-ups.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach methods and messaging.
- Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
- Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth sales discussions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred. Bonus for experience in Educational Sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
