Job Description
Commercial Lines Account Manager managing renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support for an independent insurance agency. Building client relationships and supporting commercial risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals for an established commercial book of business
- Provide ongoing client care, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support
- Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
- Identify coverage gaps and support long-term risk management conversations
- Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients
- Partner with teams to deliver a world-class boutique client experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
- Must have a current P&C insurance license in your state
- May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F)
- Ability to multi-task and ensure no detail gets overlooked
- Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier workflows
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
