Job Description

Compensation Analytics & Intelligence Director leading data, AI, and technology-enabled rewards strategy at Danaher, a global life sciences and diagnostics innovator. Advising leaders on complex compensation decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the Compensation Analytics & Intelligence strategy, including its vision, priorities, and roadmap
  • Lead development of enterprise compensation analytics and intelligence capabilities
  • Optimize compensation market data and incorporate labor market trends
  • Establish reporting dashboards, analytical frameworks, and decision-support tools
  • Own the Compensation function’s AI, data, and technology strategy
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on compensation, talent, M&A, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and recommendations
  • Drive compensation program effectiveness through process improvement, governance, controls, change management, and Danaher Business System principles
  • Transform enterprise-wide compensation data into actionable insights and scalable operational tools
  • Serve as the Compensation function’s lead for AI and data strategy
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on complex compensation challenges
  • Maintain high standards for data governance, privacy, security, and compliance
  • Report to the Senior Director, Global Compensation, as part of the Global Total Rewards team
  • Travel occasionally, not exceeding 25%

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, finance, people analytics, management consulting, professional services, or a related discipline within a global organization
  • Experience developing and implementing compensation, analytics, or HR technology solutions
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Proficiency with advanced analytics and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics platforms
  • Experience supporting M&A due diligence
  • Experience with technology integration activities
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Occasional travel not to exceed 25%
