Job Description
Inside Sales Upsell vendendo Google Ads e Widgets para clientes da Doctoralia, plataforma global de marketplace e SaaS de saúde. Ampliando resultados digitais, faturamento e ticket médio.
Responsibilities:
- Sell digital visibility products, including Google Ads and Widgets, to customers
- Work directly with B2C customers
- Assess the customer’s current use of the platform to maximize results through digital marketing
- Negotiate and strategically overcome objections
- Prepare proposals to increase company revenue and average deal size
- Contribute to achieving individual and team KPIs
- Participate in projects related to the department and customer success objectives
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales
- Experience selling products focused on digital visibility
- Experience using the SPIN Selling methodology
- Results-oriented mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to different scenarios and changes in processes and products
- Maturity and collaborative approach
- Knowledge of customer retention is a plus
- Theoretical knowledge of Google Ads and paid traffic is a plus
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)
