Job Description

Corporate Account Manager driving revenue growth by securing corporate partnerships globally. Consulting with leaders to design transformative learning journeys for human capital challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operations and the global learning education team for product design and development
  • Identify and target high-potential corporate leads through proactive outbound campaigns and lead qualification.
  • Actively generate brand visibility by attending industry associations and creating bespoke networking events for HR and L&D leaders.
  • Design tailored value propositions that align our experiential programs with specific corporate human capital needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle, moving prospects from initial interest to a signed contract.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new 'Quality of Revenue' opportunities within the global corporate sector.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience with international markets and cultural intelligence (CQ)
  • Deep understanding of corporate structures, procurement processes, and L&D priorities
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
