Job Description
Talent Manager growing influencer careers and securing brand deals for Grail Talent, an influencer management agency. Developing creator strategies and partnerships with global brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale creators by overseeing influencer portfolios and helping talent grow their platform presence while securing brand deals
- Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers
- Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns
- Negotiate deals with brands and record labels
- Develop content strategies for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster
- Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, flexible remote environment
Requirements:
- Already very familiar with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ready to hustle to get the job done
- Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda
- Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a bonus
- Resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications
