Job Description

Regional Workplace Manager leading multi-site workplace operations, suppliers, budgets and compliance for Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate services clients. Delivering consistent workplace experiences across Bangalore-based regional portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workplace teams across the defined geographical region
  • Own workplace environments and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for colleagues and visitors
  • Line-manage Workplace Managers and ensure compliance with service partner and client requirements
  • Coach and develop Workplace Managers, support cross-collaboration, succession planning and continuous improvement
  • Ensure appropriate regional resourcing and escalate evidence-based resource adjustments
  • Address non-compliant performance and conduct issues and inform the client’s Regional Director
  • Govern third-party supplier performance through reviews, compliance monitoring, improvement planning and relationship management
  • Analyse supplier performance, trends, risks and opportunities with Regional Directors
  • Regularly visit regional locations and maintain relationships with key client colleagues
  • Provide responsive service to remotely managed locations using the supply chain
  • Implement and monitor workplace experience strategies, standards and initiatives across the region
  • Share innovations with Workplace Managers and the global RWM network
  • Manage the region’s 9-point KPI system and provide management reporting
  • Monitor operational performance through audits, KPIs, inspections and service reporting, implementing corrective actions
  • Manage minor works and deploy appropriate resources
  • Maintain up-to-date Workplace Guides and deliver updates to the client Change Management lead
  • Coordinate with the client IT team on access, security, visitor management, desktop IT, network availability and reprographics
  • Manage regional costs, budgets, financial performance and cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage commercial risk, health and safety, workplace standards, sustainability and Business Continuity Programme requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience or capability to manage workplace operations across a defined geographical region
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop Workplace Managers
  • Ability to manage people, suppliers, budgets and compliance across a multi-site portfolio
  • Ability to manage supplier performance, contract compliance and service improvement planning
  • Ability to manage KPIs, audits, inspections and service reporting
  • Ability to manage regional budgets, financial performance and commercial risk
  • Knowledge of health and safety, sustainability and Business Continuity Programme requirements
  • Ability to work with client IT teams on access and security, visitor management, desktop IT, network availability and reprographics
  • Ability to regularly visit locations within the region
  • Understanding of client values, Operating Principles and workplace vision
  • Ability to develop measurable Development Plans for direct reports
