Job Description
CRM Campaign Manager working in a fast-growing iGaming/crypto environment. Delivering data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels for customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels
- Work closely with the Head of CRM to deliver campaigns on time
- Build and optimise automated and lifecycle campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and run A/B testing to improve results
- Ensure high quality QA and compliance with CRM best practices
- Support segmentation, targeting, and data-driven marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience working in CRM, digital marketing, or a data-driven marketing role
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Optimove) is a plus
- Experience in iGaming, crypto, or online betting environments is advantageous
