Job Description

CRM Campaign Manager working in a fast-growing iGaming/crypto environment. Delivering data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels for customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels
  • Work closely with the Head of CRM to deliver campaigns on time
  • Build and optimise automated and lifecycle campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance and run A/B testing to improve results
  • Ensure high quality QA and compliance with CRM best practices
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and data-driven marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience working in CRM, digital marketing, or a data-driven marketing role
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Optimove) is a plus
  • Experience in iGaming, crypto, or online betting environments is advantageous
