Job Description

CRM Solution Architect responsible for scalable CRM architecture at Winning Consulting. Translating strategy into technical solutions while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the defined strategy into a scalable CRM architecture
  • Define the global data model
  • Structure pipelines and lifecycle stages
  • Ensure the scalability of the setup
  • Define naming conventions and best practices
  • Ensure data consistency and quality
  • Create usage and control rules
  • Design integration architecture
  • Work with technical teams as needed
  • Present recommendations and trade-offs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in CRM / RevOps / Marketing & Sales Automation
  • Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent)
  • Experience in multi-country / multi-BU environments with high data complexity
  • Experience with integrations (API, middleware, etc.)
  • Fluent English
  • HubSpot certifications (nice to have)
  • Consulting experience (nice to have)
  • Technical background (data / systems) (nice to have)
