Job Description
Customer-focused professional supporting self-storage operations. Handling inquiries, payments, and administrative tasks during low call volumes.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with:
- Bill payments and payment processing
- Explaining billing statements and account details
- Resolving general customer inquiries related to self-storage facilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication at all times
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in internal systems
- Perform administrative and operational tasks during slower call periods, including:
- Data entry
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
- General office and system-related tasks as needed
- Support other departments or projects as assigned, based on skills and availability
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- North American accent or native-level English proficiency
- Strong computer skills and comfort navigating software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Professional phone presence and problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (preferred)
- Experience with programming, CSS, or other technical skills (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles (preferred)

- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
