Job Description

CX Solution Architect developing scalable solutions in CX and E-Commerce consulting for clients. Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design architectures, and implement concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with our clients, you analyze requirements in the CX and e-commerce domain and design holistic, scalable solution and system architectures
  • You design, plan and oversee the implementation of CX concepts — from ideation to realization
  • You develop tailored solutions across all relevant areas of the B2B and B2C experience
  • You identify optimization opportunities along the customer journey and provide well-founded technology, architecture and development recommendations
  • Depending on the project phase, you independently handle subject areas, create user stories and develop functional and technical concepts
  • You design, facilitate and run workshops with customers and stakeholders
  • You present your findings and recommendations convincingly at management and project levels
  • Depending on the project, you may also take on roles in agile environments, e.g., as Scrum Master
  • You support our sales team in presales activities, e.g., with proposal concepts, pitches and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in designing software and solution architectures, ideally in the CX or e-commerce domain
  • Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures, microservices and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages and scripting languages such as TypeScript or JavaScript (architecture and design level)
  • Deep expertise in B2B and B2C e-commerce processes
  • Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue (evaluation & architecture, not necessarily implementation)
  • Practical project experience with SAP CX applications, particularly SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Industry knowledge, e.g., in retail or manufacturing, and an understanding of business contexts and business processes
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, digital trends and outstanding customer experience
  • Strong communication skills, a consulting mindset and a confident client-facing presence
  • Desirable (recommended): project experience with SAP CX, especially SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Experience in presales or proposal phases
  • Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Certifications in the SAP CX domain
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence methods to assess associated opportunities and risks
