Job Description

Deal Desk Manager driving revenue strategies and operational excellence at Clari + Salesloft. Pivotal role supporting sales teams with pricing, deal structuring, and guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deal strategy and guidance
  • Assist in deal structuring, price and cost modeling, and custom commercial terms
  • Enforce pricing and discounting through approvals
  • Support process and system improvements
  • Build bridges and drive process velocity on cross-functional projects
  • Provide ongoing enablement on pricing and deal strategy

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of deal desk experience
  • Strategic thinker with a relentless focus on execution and operational excellence
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work extended hours during the end of quarter and high volume periods
  • Strong SFDC and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of basic revenue recognition principles
  • Strong presence and communication with Sales and Finance leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience
