Job Description
Account Manager at Ford Bank focusing on business development and customer partnerships in automotive financing. Drive sales strategies and maintain effective client communication in Hessen, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Business development and partnerships: You identify new business opportunities for Ford Bank within the dealer network and establish the framework conditions for cooperation with dealer operations. In addition to working with dealers, you maintain and acquire business opportunities in the commercial segment.
- Training and education: You assess the training needs of sales advisors at dealer locations, initiate targeted training measures, and provide the initial training for new sales advisors on Ford Bank products and processes.
- Process optimization and efficiency improvements: You implement efficient, coordinated processes that optimize the entire sales cycle, increase success at dealer locations and support customer loyalty.
- Marketing and communication: You plan and organize marketing activities to be executed at dealer locations.
- Collaboration: You work closely with Ford field sales staff and other sales divisions of Ford Bank.
Requirements:
- A completed university degree (including degrees from Universities of Applied Sciences), ideally in economics/business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant professional experience and experience in account management with a focus on financial services in field sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- You are passionate about the automotive industry and are a communicative, service-oriented personality
- You combine sales success with digital know-how to further develop our market position. You use your knowledge of current trends in digital sales to pursue new approaches and optimize existing sales processes
- You are mobile within your assigned territory and hold a valid driver's license
- You work independently, purposefully and demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications and have good English skills
