Job Description
Demand Generation Marketing Manager at ThreatDown generating qualified pipeline and accelerating buyer journeys through integrated campaigns across North America and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs aligned to revenue targets and GTM priorities.
- Build persona-based campaigns targeting CISOs, IT Directors, security practitioners, MSPs, and channel partners.
- Align campaign themes to product launches, competitive plays, and seasonal priorities.
- Own EQL, MQL and pipeline generation goals for North America and Latin America.
- Partner with Sales to ensure campaign alignment, follow-up SLAs, and opportunity acceleration.
- Design mid- and bottom-of-funnel programs to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.
- Activate campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, field marketing, partner programs, and retargeting.
- Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop compelling assets (eBooks, case studies, landing pages, webinars, videos).
- Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Analyze funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure proper attribution, lead scoring, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain campaign documentation and performance dashboards.
- Support forecasting and quarterly planning processes.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience preferably within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or channel-first organizations.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns in a complex buying environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics and attribution models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
