Job Description

Demand Generation Manager driving B2B growth through data-driven strategies and account-based marketing campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the entire buyer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving pipeline, conversion, and revenue
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies aligned with business goals, in partnership with Sales
  • Analyze funnel performance, lead quality, and KPIs for continuous optimization and to maximize ROI
  • Translate market and customer insights into messaging, content, and targeted campaigns
  • Manage campaign planning, budgets, timelines, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional/global stakeholders, developing the team and promoting accountability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; MBA is desirable
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and vertical marketing or ABM
  • Strong experience with CRM, marketing automation, and targeting tools (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation and conversion improvement
  • English and Spanish preferred
