Job Description

Senior Performance Marketing Manager developing and optimizing paid marketing strategies for a health-focused company. Collaborating with teams to improve campaign performance and ROI management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop paid marketing strategies tailored to our target audience
  • Plan, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (SEA and paid social)
  • Maximize ROI through effective management of the paid marketing budget
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams
  • Take responsibility for planning, allocating and optimizing the paid marketing budget
  • Ensure cross-channel tracking setup
  • Actively work on improving attribution models

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, media, or an equivalent qualification
  • More than 5 years of experience in paid performance marketing, digital advertising, or related fields
  • Proven track record in planning, executing and optimizing successful paid campaigns across various channels and platforms
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, etc.
  • Up-to-date on trends, platform updates and best practices in paid marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, tracking technologies and attribution models
