Job Description
Technical CRM Campaign Manager focusing on CRM campaigns with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborating on marketing automation projects for leading clients in various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Technical implementation and management of CRM campaigns in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or comparable ESPs
- Building and automating workflows, journeys, and triggered campaigns
- Segmenting target audiences and maintaining data models (e.g., Data Extensions in SFMC)
- Integrating and connecting data sources (API, SQL, ETL processes)
- Creating and maintaining dynamic templates (HTML, AMPscript, Liquid, etc.)
- Testing, QA, and monitoring of campaigns (including reporting & troubleshooting)
- Close collaboration with Data, Creative, and Project Management to deliver holistic CRM projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with common ESPs, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms
- Technical understanding of data structures, segmentation, and interfaces
- Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one scripting/template language (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Velocity)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
- Analytical and structured working style with a strong quality focus
- Very good German and English skills
