Job Description

Digital media specialist planning and optimising paid campaigns for an independent boutique agency serving SMBs. Managing multi-channel advertising, analytics, reporting, and client strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, present, and articulate media plans aligned with client business and media objectives
  • Execute and optimise paid performance campaigns across Search, Social, Video, and Display channels using best-practice tactics
  • Analyse ad performance and website data to develop strategic insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the account management team on client WIPs, key meetings, strategies, deliverables, and reporting
  • Support the Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and responses to client enquiries
  • Advise clients through the Client Success team about digital marketing landscape developments
  • Adapt campaign strategies in a timely manner to meet relevant requirements
  • Strategise solutions based on clients’ businesses and success metrics
  • Work with SEO, analytics, creative production, and other digital experts to optimise client performance
  • Explore partnerships with emerging publishers and third-party agencies
  • Conduct regular digital media research and education
  • Support new client proposals

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Previous experience within a media agency
  • Experience buying ads on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or Programmatic
  • Proven track record executing performance campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Experience with bid management tools and ad serving platforms
  • Experience and keenness to work cross functionally and manage external vendors/agencies
  • Ability to communicate with confidence, write, and present to inspire
  • Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills
