Job Description

Director of Account Management in Asset Protection Division help clients protect against life's uncertainties. Oversee a team to ensure high-quality service delivery and strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the account management team and ensure high levels of service delivery.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key clients to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and present solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of asset protection services and strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.
