Job Description
Director of Ecosystem and Product Partnerships driving zerohash's growth by managing strategic fintech partnerships. Work cross-functionally to unlock new revenue opportunities in digital assets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the ecosystem and product partnership strategy in alignment with Zero Hash’s product and go-to-market goals.
- Lead partnership negotiations, including structuring commercial agreements and co-marketing plans.
- Drive technical and product integration of ecosystem partners, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and represent zerohash externally at industry events and summits.
- Track market developments across crypto infrastructure, stablecoins, and tokenization to anticipate partnership opportunities.
- Maintain and report on a structured partnership pipeline, including expected impact, integration status, and contribution to revenue goals.
- Act as an internal champion for partner needs and ecosystem signals, helping influence zerohash’s product roadmap.
- Ensure all partnerships meet regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred.
- 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles in fintech or crypto.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technology.
- Exceptional ability to identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships.
- Proven experience in securing alignment from key internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including external partners and executive leadership.
- Track record of developing and managing high-impact partnerships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manages multiple priorities effectively.
