Job Description

Director, Health Services Partnerships managing sales strategies and market access for healthcare systems. Leading a high-performing sales team and building relationships across Integrated Delivery Networks.

Responsibilities:

  • responsible for market access and interacting with major Health Systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) across the USA
  • develops and manages sales strategies with Integrated Delivery Networks, Organized Health Systems, and Integrated Payor Provider Networks (IPPN)
  • leads the IDN and Health Systems sales strategy, developing long-term strategies, overseeing contract negotiations
  • ensures customer satisfaction through meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • strategic planning, strong executive-level communication, building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers
  • establishing access channels via direct/indirect contracting and pricing agreements
  • strategic account planning and alignment with stakeholders
  • initially combines direct sales execution with strategic sales planning
  • may expand to include hiring, developing, and managing a dedicated sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (pr equivalent experience)
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy roles within healthcare
  • focus on Integrated Delivery Networks, health systems, or large provider organizations
  • excited to pilot, iterate, and build IDN solutions from zero
  • demonstrated success building and negotiating commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts
  • ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales plans
  • experience growing a sales function from an individual contributor to a high-performing team
  • strong ability to influence and manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • experience building, maintaining, and accurately forecasting a pipeline of opportunities
  • proven ability to work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams
  • ability to anticipate market trends and proactively address challenges
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • understanding of healthcare regulations and quality management systems
