Job Description

Director of Coach Partnerships at Bloom Growth responsible for sourcing high-caliber growth coaches. Leading recruitment strategies and modernizing the HubSpot workflow for peak performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and close at least 12–16 high-caliber growth coaches per quarter, ensuring commitment through onboarding fees.
  • Take immediate ownership of the HubSpot recruitment pipeline to audit, redesign, and optimize workflows for maximum conversion and efficiency.
  • Conduct streamlined, high-level conversations that efficiently qualify $1M+ founders and articulate the Bloom value proposition.
  • Refine recruitment messaging, pitch decks, and sourcing strategies to attract entrepreneurial, values-aligned partners.
  • Align coaching headcount with net new revenue targets, directly impacting the reach of Bloom’s framework.
  • Act as a brand steward by screening for Core Values alignment and ensuring every new coach is a long-term cultural fit.
  • Maintain absolute reporting integrity and pipeline forecasting within the CRM to drive informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of high-performance experience in business development, high-ticket consultative sales, or channel partnerships.
  • A track record of securing high-value, relationship-driven deals with founders or executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize sales workflows, improve conversion metrics, and drive process improvements.
  • The ability to influence and build immediate trust with experienced, successful entrepreneurs.
  • Proficiency in managing complex pipelines and data integrity, ideally within HubSpot.
  • Strong written and verbal skills used to lead high-stakes discovery and closing conversations.
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales or ecosystem/channel partner sales (preferred).
  • Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, founders, or executive-level stakeholders (preferred).
  • Prior leadership or team management experience (preferred).
