Job Description
Director of Global People Operations leading and scaling HR across the US and Europe. Partnering closely with executive leadership to support a distributed workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global People Operations across the US and European teams
- Ensure compliance with US federal/state labor laws and European employment regulations
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS, and people processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on people strategy and employee relations
- Partner with managers on performance management, engagement, and talent development
- Own HR policies, documentation, and people data reporting
- Manage relationships with PEOs, vendors, and local employment partners
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven experience in People Operations or HR leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with European labor frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of US labor law
- Experience supporting distributed, multicultural teams
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
