Job Description
People & Culture Partner responsible for HR support and management alignment at KLDiscovery. Focused on onboarding, employee engagement, and cultural alignment within a global workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Provides HR support in a complex, fast-paced global environment
- Partners with management to deliver, interpret, and refine HR programs and initiatives
- Reinforces cultural alignment within HR initiatives including onboarding and performance management
- Creates and provides accurate documentation to other functions in a timely manner
- Partners with functional leaders across global locations for employee assessments and engagement
- Leads department communications for HR-related matters
- Ensures positive onboarding experience for new employees
- Evaluates employee turnover and exit interview data
- Identifies gaps and implements necessary changes
- Remains up to date on employment laws and practices
- Accepts other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Appropriate HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
- 8 years HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global workforce
- Demonstrated ability to provide customer service and support to internal and external contacts
- In-depth knowledge of and high degree of comfort with employee relations and regulations
- Proven ability to maintain confidential information
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Intermediate HR systems experience
