Job Description
Director of Growth leading Partnerships & Organic for KOHO, focusing on B2C fintech growth strategies and innovative marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Architecting the roadmap for Partnership and Organic channels to drive high-LTV user acquisition
- Scaling Affiliate and Partnership programs leveraging third-party authority to enhance brand and SEO
- Leading evolution from traditional SEO to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for AI-driven search models
- Owning CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies for organic landing pages
- Navigating attribution complexities and advancing measurement frameworks for organic channels
Requirements:
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate and partnership channels in a high-growth B2C environment (Fintech experience is a major plus)
- Understanding of the shift in search behavior and experimenting with how GEO and AI discovery will replace traditional keyword strategies
- Strong metrics focus, from affiliate ROI to technical SEO health and conversion funnels
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and speak both creative content and technical product engineering
- Successful implementation of organic thinking into product development, considering SEO/ASO/GEO as product strategy
- Understanding of how organic channels function as a unified system and recognizing the multiplier effects across channels
- Staying ahead of trends in the affiliate and partnership ecosystem
