Job Description
Key Account Manager focusing on Neurology to enhance patient outcomes through effective account management and customer engagement across Lithuania. Responsible for achieving KPIs and developing strategic customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the set goals and KPIs for assigned therapeutic areas and territory
- Develop target list of customers in accordance with product strategy
- Develop and implement plans (e.g. territory, account and call) that includes goals, action plans, time frames and resources
- Build and maintain relationships with key external experts and decision makers
- Deliver the medical information related to the products of responsibility to customers in compliance with company’s strategy and applicable regulations
- Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to the customers
- Use promotional materials according Business Unit strategy and applicable regulations
- Organize live and virtual events with the customers and deliver presentations
- Provide clear feedback to Direct Manager, report, and track progress with regards to different marketing campaigns, applied product strategies
- Prepare the visit and activities plan and enter the realized visit information to the CRM system on a weekly basis
- Update the records of the territory and customers regularly in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Experience in Commercial pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Proven track record of success within Neurology preferred
- Healthcare market understanding
- Successful customer relationship management experience
- Account and Territory Management experience
- Ability to develop and manage projects cross-functionally
- Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process
- University degree, ideally in a Scientific/Health related discipline
- Fluent Lithuanian language, good English
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Valid Driving License
