Job Description
Booking.com customer expert handling bookings, cancellations, and travel inquiries in German and English. Supporting travelers remotely through calls and written communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English
- Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans
- Update and maintain customer and booking data
- Work closely with the team to deliver the best customer experience
- Support Booking.com travellers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward memorable trips
Requirements:
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good English skills
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
- Good computer skills and fast typing
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset and strong team-player approach
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Residence in Georgia is required
- Similar experience is a plus, but not required
