Job Description
Director of Partnerships leading execution of partnership sales plans for Employ. Building strategic alliances to drive revenue through B2B SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the execution of partnership sales plans that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Identify, assess, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships.
- Structure and negotiate complex partner agreements and revenue-sharing models.
- Act as the senior relationship owner for key partners.
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing partnerships team.
- Develop and implement partner enablement strategies.
- Partner with Marketing to design and launch joint campaigns.
- Establish and track clear KPIs for partner performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in partnerships, or a mix of partnerships and sales experience within the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven success negotiating partner agreements and driving revenue through channels.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and co-selling.
- Experience building and managing partnerships teams.
- Strategic Selling: Understands complex SaaS sales cycles and drives partner co-selling.
- Contract Negotiation: Skilled in structuring and negotiating partner agreements.
- Partnership Development: Identifies, evaluates, and secures new partnerships.
- Revenue Accountability: Owns targets for partner revenue.
- Team Leadership and Coaching: Builds and develops a partnerships team to deliver results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to execute programs.
- Analytical Insight: Uses data to track performance, uncover trends, and optimize plan.
