Job Description

Product Director driving customer-focused product strategy for a B2B SaaS company. Spearheading product vision, roadmap, and collaboration across teams to enhance product value and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, not a document in Confluence, but a living point of view that shapes every major decision we make
  • Turn company strategy into a roadmap that is ambitious, honestly sequenced, and defensible
  • Own continuous discovery: customer interviews, usage patterns, win/loss analysis, churn signals, as a habit, not a quarterly event
  • Build direct relationships with coordinators, property managers, and operators, understanding not just what frustrates them, but why it frustrates them and what it costs them
  • Go beyond feature requests to the behavioral patterns and business outcomes driving them, then make that case clearly to leadership
  • Partner with Engineering to ship quality product on a predictable cadence. No waterfall. No chaos.
  • Ensure every feature has an activation and adoption path before it ships, in partnership with Customer Success and Sales
  • Own the go-to-market narrative for every release: what changed, why it matters, and how it works
  • Define success metrics before work begins, tying product outcomes to customer business outcomes, not just usage stats
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of AI capabilities that create real efficiency gains for our users, not AI for the press release

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role
  • A track record of B2B SaaS products that users actually adopted and retained, not just shipped
  • Deep experience working alongside engineering teams: specs, acceptance criteria, iteration cycles, retrospectives
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to challenge and change your own assumptions
  • Exceptional writing and communication, you can write a one-pager that shifts the direction of a conversation
  • Strong Preference: Background in proptech, real estate, field service, or operations software
  • Hands-on experience designing or integrating AI-powered features, LLM workflows, intelligent automation, predictive tooling
  • Experience in PLG or hybrid PLG/SLG environments
  • Time inside a company between 30-150 employees, you understand what it means to operate at that constraint level

Benefits:

  • Healthcare through Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Dental and Vision through Beam
  • 401K through Guideline
  • Four weeks PTO, front-loaded to hire date
  • Personalized remote work equipment
  • Three company gatherings per year
  • Direct access to CEO and leadership
