Job Description
Director of Talent, People & Culture at Packetlabs overseeing the entire talent ecosystem. Aiming to scale people systems with the precision of delivery systems while expanding internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire talent ecosystem
- Define standards for leadership as the company expands
- Own the strategic workforce plan and translate business targets into a talent forecast
- Implement structured interviewing and bias-mitigation frameworks
- Ensure the human element and company identity remain central to processes
- Lead proactive retention strategies and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements:
- 8-12+ years of senior HR leadership, talent strategy, or organizational effectiveness roles
- Direct experience supporting fast-growing, services-based or consulting organizations
- Proven ownership of workforce planning, leadership enablement, and performance systems
- Experience operating across regions and navigating international hiring and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority over them.
