Job Description
E-Mail Marketing / CRM Account Manager role managing projects and client relationships for leading D2C Brands. Working remotely for a top CRM agency to scale customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team.
- Manage the complete CRM setup with Klaviyo, Shopify, postcard and WhatsApp marketing.
- Create and optimize newsletter campaigns.
- Expand and implement automations.
- Set up and analyze A/B tests.
- Drive the strategic development of the CRM.
- Serve clients as an Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience managing e-commerce clients.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience with newsletter tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience in data analytics.
- You should have worked either on the agency side as an Account Manager or on the client side as a CRM Lead.
