Job Description
Employee Relations Partner at RELX providing support on employee relations and compliance in France and Poland. Collaborating with management to ensure equitable employee treatment and legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to management and colleagues regarding employee relations issues
- Review and ensure that actions and decisions are appropriate, equitable, and compliant with policy and legislation in France
- Provide consultation and coaching to People Leaders on employee behaviour and performance concerns
- Guide and assist with the development and delivery of appropriate feedback or corrective actions
- Maintain relevant documentation and records in line with legal and company requirements
- Ensure thorough investigations and documentation
Requirements:
- Significant experience in an Employee Relations or similar role
- Strong understanding of relevant employment law, policies, and procedures for France and other EMEA geographies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, HR colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases
- Independent work and teamwork abilities
- Relevant HR degree or equivalent HR qualification
