Job Description

Employee Relations Partner at RELX providing support on employee relations and compliance in France and Poland. Collaborating with management to ensure equitable employee treatment and legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to management and colleagues regarding employee relations issues
  • Review and ensure that actions and decisions are appropriate, equitable, and compliant with policy and legislation in France
  • Provide consultation and coaching to People Leaders on employee behaviour and performance concerns
  • Guide and assist with the development and delivery of appropriate feedback or corrective actions
  • Maintain relevant documentation and records in line with legal and company requirements
  • Ensure thorough investigations and documentation

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in an Employee Relations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment law, policies, and procedures for France and other EMEA geographies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, HR colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations cases
  • Independent work and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant HR degree or equivalent HR qualification
