Job Description
HR Intern supporting recruitment process and employee engagement activities for remote HR position. Ideal for candidates pursuing a career in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help coordinate virtual interviews and HR meetings
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
- Conduct initial candidate screenings (if required)
- Support HR team in policy and process documentation
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or people management
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment or job portals (preferred)
- Basic understanding of HR tools (ATS systems) (preferred)
- Prior internship or project experience in HR (preferred)
- Time management and attention to detail (preferred)
