Job Description

Enterprise Account Director selling AlertMedia’s risk intelligence and response platform to large organizations. Driving new and expansion revenue through consultative enterprise sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell AlertMedia’s Risk Intelligence and Response software platform to large enterprise organizations
  • Drive net-new and expansion business within the assigned territory
  • Act as a trusted advisor and develop lasting customer relationships
  • Coordinate pipeline generation activities with an assigned Sales Development Representative
  • Partner with marketing on events and pipeline-building activities
  • Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform and tools for strategic enterprise customers
  • Advise prospects on communication challenges and demonstrate products and differentiators
  • Uncover and quantify customer pain points and connect them to AlertMedia solutions across enterprise stakeholders
  • Conduct strategic prospecting in partnership with the sales development partner
  • Schedule and deliver customized virtual and in-person meetings and product demonstrations
  • Manage proposals, legal and security reviews, negotiations, and contract execution with marketing and sales leadership
  • Transition closed-won accounts to the Implementation and CSM team while supporting expansion
  • Maintain accurate CRM and Gong records, forecast bookings, and provide organizational insight

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a consultative, prospect-to-close technology sales role
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling into enterprise-level organizations
  • Hunter mentality with an always prospecting approach and ability to self-set demos and meetings
  • Background negotiating deals with integrity and navigating Enterprise-grade procurement and legal discussions
  • Ability to uncover challenges and opportunities within prospects and internally
  • Passion for continual learning and willingness to be coached
  • Ongoing transparent communications about activities with management
  • Ability to self-manage pipeline and activity while collaborating
  • Salesforce experience managing and logging tasks and activities regularly and correctly
  • Accurate forecasting ability
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, including Force Management / MEDDPICC
  • Ability and willingness to travel within your territory 10–20% of the time
  • Strong preference for candidates based in Austin, TX
