Job Description
National Account Director selling FloWater refill stations to national and multi-location organizations. Building executive partnerships, closing complex deals, and expanding strategic accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and sales process for high-value national and multi-location opportunities from first conversation through negotiation, close, implementation, and expansion
- Identify and pursue high-value prospects through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry relationships, events, and other strategies
- Develop and maintain a qualified enterprise opportunity pipeline
- Lead complex sales cycles through outreach, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and close
- Build executive relationships with senior executives, procurement, facilities, sustainability, and other stakeholders
- Create account plans identifying decision-makers, priorities, barriers, and expansion paths
- Deliver presentations and business cases connecting FloWater’s product, customer experience, sustainability impact, and business value
- Uncover customer challenges and position FloWater as a strategic solution
- Expand existing national accounts across locations, business units, facilities, and use cases
- Build stakeholder alignment across complex organizations
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial solutions; lead negotiations through contract execution
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline stages, close dates, and forecasts
- Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership from sale through implementation and expansion
- Travel for executive meetings, customer presentations, industry events, and conferences
- Share market intelligence and collaborate across teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience with enterprise, strategic, national, or multi-location accounts
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new business
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value opportunities
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior decision makers
- Strategic account planning, business development, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to identify and execute account expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop value propositions and ROI-based business cases
- Pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across an organization
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and high ownership
- Experience selling into national or multi-location organizations
- Experience with facilities, workplace, hospitality, education, healthcare, food service, or distributed-location environments
- Experience selling sustainability, workplace, water, environmental, facilities, or technology solutions
- Existing relationships with national or enterprise-level decision makers
- Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel nationally; must be within 60 miles of a major airport
