Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers for Vozy, a voice AI platform. Focused on accomplishing new ARR through consultative sales processes and account-based strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for new enterprise logos.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual net new ARR targets.
  • Develop and execute account-based and vertical sales strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts aligned with Vozy’s ICP.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM.
  • Ensure clean handoff to the Expand team post-close.
  • Provide structured market and customer feedback.
  • Comply with information security and compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of closing new business.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset and forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ideally based in Medellín, Colombia.
