Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers for Vozy, a voice AI platform. Focused on accomplishing new ARR through consultative sales processes and account-based strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for new enterprise logos.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual net new ARR targets.
- Develop and execute account-based and vertical sales strategies.
- Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts aligned with Vozy’s ICP.
- Lead complex, consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM.
- Ensure clean handoff to the Expand team post-close.
- Provide structured market and customer feedback.
- Comply with information security and compliance policies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of closing new business.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent professional communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset and forecasting discipline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ideally based in Medellín, Colombia.
