Job Description
Senior Account Executive managing a book of business within Mural's self-serve customer base. Expanding revenue and developing customer relationships through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You'll own a book of business within Mural's self-serve customer base, identifying where there's room to grow and converting that potential into revenue.
- This means staying close to your accounts, understanding how teams are actually using Mural, and finding the right moment to deepen the relationship.
- Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, networking events, and other channels to establish rapport and create sales opportunities.
- Understand the unique needs of each prospect and tailor our offerings to meet their specific requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage and update prospect and client information in our system of record. Monitor the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and prioritize activities to achieve sales quotas.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development, account development, or account executive
- Ownership mindset
- Data driven decision maker. You’re comfortable understanding engagement signals and applying them to your prospecting plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, and Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies is a plus
