Job Description

Senior Account Executive managing a book of business within Mural's self-serve customer base. Expanding revenue and developing customer relationships through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll own a book of business within Mural's self-serve customer base, identifying where there's room to grow and converting that potential into revenue.
  • This means staying close to your accounts, understanding how teams are actually using Mural, and finding the right moment to deepen the relationship.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, networking events, and other channels to establish rapport and create sales opportunities.
  • Understand the unique needs of each prospect and tailor our offerings to meet their specific requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and update prospect and client information in our system of record. Monitor the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and prioritize activities to achieve sales quotas.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development, account development, or account executive
  • Ownership mindset
  • Data driven decision maker. You’re comfortable understanding engagement signals and applying them to your prospecting plan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work within a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, and Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies is a plus
