Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager responsible for developing client relationships to enhance operational efficiency at NetWitness. Driving growth through tailored solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned enterprise customers to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders within the enterprise accounts to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Partner One Capital's offerings.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to management regarding account status and potential opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional sales training courses preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the enterprise software or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Must be highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
