Job Description

Enterprise Sales Representative responsible for high-value client acquisition and long-term growth at ABC Legal Services. Focused on landing and expanding relationships with complex organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise-level B2B clients through disciplined outbound and inbound efforts
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, approvals, and use cases
  • Establish strong executive-level relationships built on trust, credibility, and results
  • Partner with onboarding and account management teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Maintain ownership of the client relationship post-close to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Drive additional service adoption and increased volume through strategic account planning
  • Position ABC Legal as a long-term partner rather than a point solution
  • Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot (or equivalent)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a white-glove client experience

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Enterprise or complex B2B sales experience (services, SaaS, or solution-based selling preferred)
  • Demonstrated success landing and expanding large, multi-location or multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic, consultative mindset focused on long-term value creation
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-driven
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
