Job Description
Executive Assistant at Job Duck supporting leadership and managing daily operations. Role involves client communication, scheduling, and organization within a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate courier services and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service and client management support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Manage and prioritize email communications
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems
- Follow up with clients and leads to maintain engagement
- Answer phone calls and manage incoming inquiries
Requirements:
- Office Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM PST (US)
- 2-3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or Office manager.
- Experience with customer service tasks.
- Software/Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, E-filing systems, scheduling platforms
- Required Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Empathetic and client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
