Job Description
Executive Assistant managing property-related tasks and supporting the CEO and their family. Role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in logistics, calendar management, and task coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property management tasks, including guest communication, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
- Manage special property-related projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Support the CEO and their family with general executive duties such as calendar management, logistics, and special projects.
- Communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and quality service.
- Resolve property-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Suggest and implement proactive improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in handling logistics, calendar management, and task coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with ClickUp a huge plus!
