Job Description

Executive Assistant managing property-related tasks and supporting the CEO and their family. Role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in logistics, calendar management, and task coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property management tasks, including guest communication, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
  • Manage special property-related projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support the CEO and their family with general executive duties such as calendar management, logistics, and special projects.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and quality service.
  • Resolve property-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Suggest and implement proactive improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in handling logistics, calendar management, and task coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with ClickUp a huge plus!
