Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic law practice at Job Duck, managing communications and billing tasks in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with billing tasks and documentation
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Set up and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage client communications and follow‑ups
- Organize and manage emails for attorneys and staff
Requirements:
- Software: Shared Inbox, Lawmatics
- Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional with stressed or anxious individuals
- Friendly yet firm approach to client interactions
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with technology tools and scheduling systems
- Experience supporting billing and marketing tasks
- Capability to set up and maintain SOPs
