Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic law practice at Job Duck, managing communications and billing tasks in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with billing tasks and documentation
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Set up and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage client communications and follow‑ups
  • Organize and manage emails for attorneys and staff

Requirements:

  • Software: Shared Inbox, Lawmatics
  • Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with stressed or anxious individuals
  • Friendly yet firm approach to client interactions
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with technology tools and scheduling systems
  • Experience supporting billing and marketing tasks
  • Capability to set up and maintain SOPs
