Job Description
Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support for sales, marketing, product, and customer success at Limble, revolutionizing maintenance operations with comprehensive software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Inbox Management: Prioritizing and optimizing the executives’ schedules and communications’.
- Strategic Support: Assisting with planning and executing GTM strategies, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product.
- Communication: Drafting emails, preparing documents, and managing internal/external stakeholder engagement.
- Project Coordination: Supporting GTM team operations, events, and initiatives.
- Logistics: Arranging travel, meetings, and managing budgets/expenses.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Technology Proficiency: GoogleSuite, Slack, Zoom
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce (CRM) a plus
