Job Description
Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to executives. Coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications to enhance efficiency in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Adaptability in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication abilities
- Draft and edit correspondence, prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
Requirements:
- High-level administrative support to executives, senior leaders, or company founders
- Coordinate complex calendars with multiple time zones
- Organize and prioritize meetings
- Prepare agendas and ensure executives are fully briefed ahead of engagements
- Arrange travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Implement productivity tools and enhance efficiency of the executive office
