Job Description

Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to executives. Coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications to enhance efficiency in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Draft and edit correspondence, prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive

Requirements:

  • High-level administrative support to executives, senior leaders, or company founders
  • Coordinate complex calendars with multiple time zones
  • Organize and prioritize meetings
  • Prepare agendas and ensure executives are fully briefed ahead of engagements
  • Arrange travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes
  • Implement productivity tools and enhance efficiency of the executive office
