Job Description
Executive Virtual Assistant providing back-office support to a real estate professional. Managing client communications, project coordination, and CRM updates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide back-end administrative support and project coordination
- Manage and respond to emails and client communications professionally
- Handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors
- Maintain and update the CRM system (preferably Follow-Up Boss)
- Assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking
- Coordinate tasks between the real estate team and external partners
- Support lead generation and appointment setting as needed (nice to have)
- Contribute to marketing tasks such as email campaigns or social posts (optional)
Requirements:
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
- Experienced in the real estate industry – understands terminology, timelines, and client expectations
- Proficient with CRMs – Follow-Up Boss experience is a plus but not required
- Self-starter with high initiative – takes ownership and completes tasks with minimal supervision
- Organized and detail-oriented – capable of managing multiple priorities
- Flexible and growth-oriented – open to training, feedback, and evolving responsibilities
