Job Description

Executive Virtual Assistant providing back-office support to a real estate professional. Managing client communications, project coordination, and CRM updates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-end administrative support and project coordination
  • Manage and respond to emails and client communications professionally
  • Handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (preferably Follow-Up Boss)
  • Assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking
  • Coordinate tasks between the real estate team and external partners
  • Support lead generation and appointment setting as needed (nice to have)
  • Contribute to marketing tasks such as email campaigns or social posts (optional)

Requirements:

  • C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
  • Experienced in the real estate industry – understands terminology, timelines, and client expectations
  • Proficient with CRMs – Follow-Up Boss experience is a plus but not required
  • Self-starter with high initiative – takes ownership and completes tasks with minimal supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented – capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Flexible and growth-oriented – open to training, feedback, and evolving responsibilities
