Job Description
Field Account Manager responsible for selling MRO products to healthcare accounts. Drive sales by prospecting new accounts and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts
- Retaining existing accounts
- Expanding opportunities with current customers
- Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization
- Manages sales volume with existing customers
- Actively prospecting and acquiring new customers to expand and diversify the customer base
- Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in the assigned area
- Shares market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization
- Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Attends monthly business meetings for all company-sponsored associations
- Engages in local trade shows, and represents the organization in regional or national activities as necessary
Requirements:
- 4+ or more years business to business (B2B) field sales experience
- Healthcare product knowledge is a plus but NOT required
- Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, is a plus
- Ability to build rapport effectively with customers
- Large volume of product lines experience
- Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.
