Job Description
Gebietsleitung im Außendienst für Hoyer, einen Energieanbieter, im PLZ-Gebiet 99 in Thüringen. Beratung, Verkauf, Kundenpflege und Neukundenakquise.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze individual customer needs and provide advice on and sell the product portfolio
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners
- Acquire new customers and expand the network
- Monitor market conditions and analyze competitive opportunities and risks
- Attend industry and trade fairs
- Represent Hoyer at trade fairs and build valuable contacts
- Work independently in field sales across Thuringia, postal code area 99
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience
- Ideally, completed commercial training or a business-related apprenticeship
- Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Mobility and flexibility for frequent field-based work
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Independent and self-motivated working style
- Willingness to work in postal code area 99 in Thuringia
- A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are required for the field sales role (not explicitly stated)
