Job Description
B2B Account Manager responsible for managing regional accounts in Contract Cleaning for Nilfisk. Collaborating with teams to implement sales strategies and achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Active, end-to-end management of nationwide accounts in direct B2B business within the Contract Cleaning (commercial cleaning) customer segment
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Close collaboration with Key Account Managers and the internal sales/inside sales team
- Market monitoring and identification/development of new customer potentials
- Responsibility for revenue and product assortment
- Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements
- Regular reporting including revenue and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience and proven success in sales and customer account management
- Structured working approach and results-oriented mindset
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with modern CRM systems
- English language skills are an advantage
- Industry experience in cleaning technology and/or experience with capital goods (investment goods) desirable
