Job Description
Field Service Engineer performing maintenance and troubleshooting on medical equipment for healthcare systems. Ensuring optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and basic service repairs on customer equipment
- Assist more experienced field engineers with equipment installations
- Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication and resolution
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols
Requirements:
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- Or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
