Job Description
Field Service Technician managing warranty and chargeable repairs as well as providing product training in the UK. Requires technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
- Maintain records of performance reports
- Deliver product training to staff and customers
- Support the Sales Team in the development of sales in the UK
- Deliver best in class Customer Service on-site in residential properties
Requirements:
- ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a confident and adaptable work style
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
